Modern Methods and Business Etiquette: Open Class Held at Tashenev University

On March 26, 2026, A.A. Almuratova, a master’s degree holder and lecturer at the Department of Russian and Uzbek Languages at Tashenev University, organized and conducted an open practical class for students of groups EP-12, 13, and 14 on the topic "Telephone Negotiations".

Organized as part of the "Russian Language" course, the primary objective of the session was to cultivate a culture of official and business telephone communication among future specialists, ensuring a profound mastery of professional speech patterns and etiquette rules.

Class Process and Key Highlights

The session took place in the modernly equipped room No. 105B of the Gagarin campus, extensively incorporating interactive teaching methods. Students did not just acquire theoretical knowledge; they completed specialized situational tasks and honed their business negotiation skills in real-life scenarios through "client-manager" role-playing games. The students demonstrated high engagement, and all set goals were fully achieved.
