The Legal Department is a structural unit of "Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University" LLP, whose tasks include ensuring compliance with legislation at the University, legal protection of its interests, and providing information about the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Development and participation in the development of legal documents: contracts, agreements, memorandums, regulations, and protocols of partnership members
- Legal examination of documents for compliance with the law
- Preparation and submission of claims, lawsuits, and complaints
- Providing legal consultations for employees of various departments
- Legal support of University transactions
- Representation and protection of University interests in courts and in relations with state control and supervisory authorities
- Analysis of contract conclusion practices to eliminate identified deficiencies in their execution
