Faculty of Philology and Humanities

The Faculty of Philology and Humanities was established in 1998 as one of the first structural units of Syrdarіya University. Due to modern requirements, the faculty was renamed the Faculty of Philology and Psychology in 2009, in the 2010-2011 academic year it was renamed the Faculty of Humanities, and in September 2019 it was renamed the Faculty of Philology and Humanities. Currently, the faculty has 70 highly qualified teaching staff: 4 doctors of sciences, professors, 33 candidates of sciences, associate professors, 2 doctors of PhD, 25 masters of sciences, 6 senior teachers. Professors and teachers are showing their new creative pursuits in the hectic environment of public life. They master new curricula, modern methods, implement research projects, annually publish textbooks, teaching aids, monographs and publish research articles in various journals.
