Faculty description

Since 2023, it has been renamed the Faculty of Pedagogical and Natural Sciences. The dean of the faculty is Karsybaev Bastarbek Tokhtarovich. The faculty consists of three departments.

In 2003, the faculty consisted of the departments of "Pedagogy", "Music Education" and "Fine Arts and Drawing". The head of the faculty was senior lecturer Ashimova Meruert.

In 2005, the faculty was called "Pedagogy and Economics", it included the departments of "Economics", "Music and Singing" and "Fine Arts and Drawing", headed by Dean Baimakhanov Kenzhemyrza.

In 2006, the faculty was renamed Culture and Sports, and the departments of Physical Education and Sports, Music Education, and Fine Arts and Design became part of it. Myrzabek Lesbek, PhD, became the dean of the faculty.

In 2007, the Faculty of Culture and Sports became known as the Faculty of Art, and in 2008 it was renamed Creative Specialties. The faculty was led by PhD Bolysbaev D.S.

In 2009, the faculty was called "Vocational Education and the Arts," and the faculty was led by Associate Professor U. Saparbayeva.

Since 2014, the faculty has been called the Faculty of Creativity and New Technologies.

The faculty employs 35 research and teaching staff, including 2 professors, 1 Doctor of Sciences, 6 candidates of sciences and 8 associate professors, 6 senior teachers and 9 teachers who teach classes with young people.

The faculty has 2 lecture halls, 25 classrooms, 11 private classrooms, 4 cathedral classrooms and 2 classrooms of the scientific school.

The faculty has 8 personal computers.

Dean of the Faculty, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor

Mamyt Amangeldi Altybayuly was born on August 10, 1965 in the Maktaaral district of OKO. In 1982, he graduated from "Voshod" secondary school of Shardara district. He studied at the Faculty of Philology of Karaganda State University and received the qualification of teacher of Kazakh language and literature (1990); candidate of philological sciences (1998). Positions: Karaganda State Medical Academy (1990-1999) teacher, senior lecturer, Kazakh language cafe, additional editor of "Shipager" regional health newspaper; South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov (1999-2005) senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department of Kazakh literature; Kazakhstan Peoples' Friendship University (2005-2007) head of Kazakh language and literature department; Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov (2007-2008) associate professor of Kazakh literature department; Head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature of the Regional Social and Innovation University (2008-2012); South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University since 2012, head of Kazakh and world literature department, associate professor of Kazakh language and literature department.
