2025-05-15
The quality of training for future teachers is our priority. On May 15, 2025, as part of updating educational programs, a working meeting was held with representatives of internship centers and leading employers in the region.
The main topic of discussion was the development of educational program 6B01711—"Training Teachers of Uzbek Language and Literature."
Key topics of the meeting:
• Competencies of the Future: What skills does a modern teacher need in the context of digital transformation?
• Practice-Oriented: Strengthening the role of professional practice and internships in the curriculum.
• Training Outcomes: Analysis of student success at internship centers and requirements for developing professional skills.
Direct Dialogue and Results
During the roundtable, employers on the Academic Committee made a number of valuable recommendations. All suggestions were recorded and have already been incorporated into the updated curriculum. This allows us to train specialists who are highly sought after in the labor market and prepared to work in a modern school environment.
"These meetings allow us to align students' academic knowledge with the real needs of educational institutions. We are open to dialogue and strive to ensure that each of our graduates becomes a professional in their field," noted the seminar participants.
