We inform you that since December 2024, JSC "Zhumabek Akhmetovich Tashenev University" has been publishing the scientific-methodological journal “TASHENEV BULLETIN”. The journal is published four times a year in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, and English), and is registered and certified by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Communications and Information.
The journal publishes results of fundamental and applied research in the field of pedagogy. Distribution territory: Republic of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad.
The editorial board of the journal includes leading scholars from Kazakhstan and abroad.
The journal adheres to a policy of transparency and open access to publications. Articles are available in full text in three languages on the journal’s official website https://tashenev.edu.kz.
Journal Objective — to serve as a platform for professional dialogue on current issues in pedagogical activity; to create and support a unified space for scientific communication in the field of fundamental and applied pedagogy; and to present research results by academic teams and individual scholars in the field of education.
Journal Goals:
- Ensure international and interregional scientific coordination for accurate, high-quality, and timely publication of the main results of the authors’ research.
- Publish new scientific findings of significant relevance in various areas of fundamental and applied pedagogy.
- Create an open and accessible environment for master's and doctoral students as well as practitioners to widely disseminate research on current pedagogical issues.
- Foster sustained interest in the journal among the academic and scientific-pedagogical community, including young and emerging scholars, and meet the professional needs of educators across Kazakhstan and beyond.

1. The journal accepts articles that have not been previously published. The article is accepted electronically (doc, docx), by e-mail to the journal address habarshy@okmpu.kz
2. The optimal volume of a scientific article (excluding the title, information about the author, annotations, keywords and bibliography) should be at least 3,000 and no more than 7,000 words.
3. The paragraph is 1 cm long, the text is typed in a single interval, the margin parameters are: top – 2 cm; bottom - 2 cm; right – 2 cm; left – 2 cm. The font size is 12, and the font type is Times New Roman. Page numbering: not required.
4. A drawing, table, graph, diagram, etc. are indicated by a number and a name in the text. (For example, Figure 1 is the name of the drawing). The number of images, tables, graphs and diagrams should not exceed 20% - % (in some cases 30%) of the total volume of the article. Tables should be numbered and titled. They should be mentioned in the text.
5. The first page:
a. UDC — Universal Decimal classification, GRNTI code (http://grnti.ru /) — The State code of scientific and technical information, ORCID http://orcid.org / (English — "Open Identifier of Researcher and Contributor") is a nonproprietary alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies scientific authors.
b) full name, academic degree, place of work (location), city, country and e-mail address of the author(s) of the article are indicated in 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English) in an affiliated manner. Information about the authors is presented in lowercase letters and italics.
Full information about the authors is sent in a separate file (full name, academic degree, place of work, address, mobile phone number, e-mail address).
6. The title of the article should disclose the content of the scientific work. The title of the article should be logical and disclose its content. That should be clear. However, avoid sensational headlines to attract the reader's attention. The title of the article should be written in bold, capital letters in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish.
7. All scientific articles are checked using a licensed plagiarism verification system, and only articles with a uniqueness score of more than 75% are accepted for publication.
8. Abstract of 150-300 words in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English). No more than 300 words. If the article is in Turkish, then it is in 4 languages, including Turkish (without formulas, without bibliographic references). The abstract is a brief description of the purpose and content of the article, as well as its main provisions.
9. Keywords/phrases are a set of words that reflect the content of a text from the point of view of a scientific field and research methods. The recommended number of keywords is 5-7, the number of words in keywords should not exceed 3 words, and they should be displayed in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English). Keywords should reflect the main content of the article, use terms from the text of the article, as well as other important concepts that define the subject area and make searching for an article through an information search engine easier and more convenient.
10. The text of the article. The main text should include the purpose and objectives of the article, the history of the issue under consideration, research methods, discussion of the results, and concluding sections.
Ah. In the introduction, the author introduces the topic, goals, and stages of the research. The introduction allows the reader to understand the authors' hypothesis and how to verify it.
b. Research methods - In this section, the authors should present the methods and techniques used in the course of scientific work. - Analysis and results - the main part of a scientific article consists not only of the methods and approaches chosen for research work, but also of a theoretical analysis of the results obtained and their justification. In this section, the author summarizes the main provisions of the research results. The results of the research work can be presented in writing, as well as in the form of tables, diagrams and statistical indicators.
B. Conclusion - in this section of the article, the author expresses his subjective opinion about the scientific work and presents his final opinion based on the results of the research work.
11. The list of references is indicated in the original language and in transliteration in Latin letters (References). The article must contain at least 10 references (transliteration http://www.translit.ru Of these, 30% of the publications should be in the Scopus database. The journal uses a consistent citation system, that is, throughout the entire article, the serial number of the citation source corresponding to the number in the list of references is indicated in square brackets. The list of references indicates the names of the authors, the title of the monograph, collection, journal, city, publisher, year of publication, volume, number and total number of cited pages (Bibliographic record). Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation are established in accordance with GOST 7.1 - 2003.
12. The article must comply with all ethical standards.
The editorial staff's interaction with the authors is based on the principles of openness, honesty, courtesy, fairness and objectivity.
The manuscripts are being prepared for publication. At the same time, copyrights are protected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Scientific articles accepted into the journal are subject to mandatory "blind" review by expert scientists specializing in this scientific field.
The editorial board communicates with the authors of articles and reviewers online via the ojs electronic platform and, if necessary, by e-mail.
The scientific publication meets the requirements set by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in the "List of publications recommended for publication of scientific results" (http://adilet.zan.kz /), as well as taking into account the specifics and requirements of international practice and in the spirit of the provisions of the Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications developed by the publishing house The Elsiver House https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies/publishing-ethics .
Requirements for the manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal
The journal accepts articles in Kazakh, Russian and English that have not been previously published by the author(s), correspond to the subject of the journal and are designed in strict accordance with the requirements for manuscripts.
The manuscript of a scientific article is submitted to the editorial office by the corresponding author no later than two months before the publication of the next issue of the journal. Manuscripts of at least 10 typewritten pages are accepted for publication.
The manuscript must be submitted by the author through an electronic platform displaying all metadata and its authors.
The authors must submit to the editorial board an original article that has not previously been published in other publications (print, electronic and other open sources). The authors are responsible for the reliability, novelty and evidence of the research results. The authors of the article undertake not to submit this manuscript for publication in another publication during the period of editing, reviewing and after publication.

Text copying and plagiarism
The verification of scientific articles for plagiarism is carried out by an employee of the Department of scientific publications in accordance with the "Rules for checking written works for plagiarism" at the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University. The verification of scientific articles is carried out through a licensed plagiarism verification system. The scientific article should present the results of scientific research that have not been previously published and are not intended for publication in other publications.
