Onalbayuly Serik

PhD in Development Research. Graduated from the University of Cambridge (UK). He also has a bachelor's degree in economics from the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi and Bachelor of Laws from “Tashenev” University. In 2007, he studied at the magistracy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in public administration. Prior to joining the university, he held positions in the Department of Customs Control, Akimat of Nur-Sultan city. For the regulation of the diverse processes of the administrative and organizational structure of the capital and for his contribution to social and social work, he was awarded with state letters of gratitude. As the president of the university, he is the guarantor of the strategic development of the “Syrdariya” university, issues of improving educational, scientific and educational activities.
