Graduates

From 1998 to 2021, 15106 students graduated from Tashenev University, including 506 masters. Today, over 3000 graduates are successfully working in the educational institutions of the region.

University graduates are in great demand in the district, the overwhelming majority of whom successfully work in secondary schools and educational institutions, as well as in various spheres of society. The expansion of regular relationships with employers serves these purposes. Experienced employees not only participate in the development of educational programs, but also conduct seminars, meetings, participate in final state exams. Thus, employers can change the educational process by introducing and proposing an individual trajectory of student learning in order to "involve" a specialist in the educational process.

Throughout the academic year, the departments of the university hold round tables with the participation of employers. Every year, within the framework of the traditional "Job Fair", "Open Day", students have the opportunity to communicate face to face with representatives of the institution and receive information about the institutions of the district and the city.

The educational and methodological management regularly prepares for the opening of branches of departments in the leading schools of Zhetysai. As a result, in May 2018, together with school teachers, a methodological seminar "Implementation of the policy of multilingual education in the context of modernization in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was organized. The final conferences of students on industrial and pedagogical practices are held annually in the "Palace of Students of Kazakhstan".

University graduates improve their practical skills during internships. Currently, the university has long-term contracts with institutions, enterprises and organizations, on the basis of which internships are conducted. In turn, employers use the help of young SU specialists to conduct research and develop new projects. The head of professional practice at UMU plays an important role in improving the efficiency of employment of university graduates, strengthening cooperation between institutions and enterprises and creating a database of graduates.

The pace of development of our university, which has a history of 20 years, allows us to look to the future with confidence. Preserving the traditions of the University, ensuring continuous education and basic knowledge, applying international quality standards, introducing new educational technologies, maintaining competitiveness in the labor market, implementing social policy based on the principles of the President's Address - this is our vision.
