Literary and Musical Evening Dedicated to the 95th Anniversary of Mukagali Makatayev Held

A literary and musical evening entitled "Mukagali – An Eternal Legacy", dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev, was organized by A.A. Akkuzov, Candidate of Philological Sciences of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education at the Institute of Pedagogical and Natural Sciences.

The event aimed to promote Mukagali Makatayev's rich literary heritage among students, foster respect for national literature, the native language, and spiritual values, and encourage the creative development of young people.

During the evening, participants recited the poet's heartfelt poems and performed songs based on his literary works. Students also presented theatrical performances inspired by Makatayev's poetry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the artistic richness and philosophical depth of his creative legacy.

The event brought together faculty members and students of the Institute, who highlighted the timeless value of the poet's literary heritage, his outstanding contribution to Kazakh literature, and the educational significance of his works in shaping the spiritual and moral values of the younger generation.
