Panel Session “Competencies of Specialists in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” Held

On May 13, 2026, Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenov University hosted a panel session titled “Competencies of Specialists in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” as part of the career festival “Graduate and Labor Market.”

The panel session was moderated by Dushabayev Daulet Shadmakhamatovich, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Innovations. During the event, participants discussed current labor market demands, professional competencies in the age of artificial intelligence, leadership development, and career opportunities for students.

Industry experts and business representatives shared their experience and insights. Zhumatayev Nurlybek Srailovich delivered a presentation on “The Modern IT Market and Employment Opportunities from the Employer’s Perspective.”

Tokbergenov Yelikbay Adishovich spoke about leadership development. Slambekov Ualikhan Nurakhanuly discussed the preparation of future specialists in demand on the labor market.

Yesenkulov Erlan Babakhanmaoruly introduced internship opportunities and company development programs for students. Information security expert Myrzabekov Berdibek Bakytzhanuly delivered a speech on “Choosing a Profession Means Choosing the Future.”

At the end of the event, students communicated with the speakers and became acquainted with the AI laboratory.
