Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenov University hosted the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference for young scientists and students titled "YOUNG SCIENTIST - 2026: A VISION FOR THE FUTURE." As part of this large-scale event organized by the university administration, a university-wide exhibition was held, for which the Department of Russian and Uzbek Languages prepared with special dedication.

The department’s staff and students presented their scientific achievements, educational and methodological works, and creative projects at the exposition. The collaborative effort between faculty and students garnered significant interest from conference guests, once again demonstrating the department's high scientific potential.

Following the grand opening and the plenary session, the conference continued with breakout sectional sessions. These sessions saw active participation from students of the Institute of World Languages, as well as representatives from the departments of "World Languages," "Kazakh Language," and "Russian and Uzbek Languages."

During the sectional meetings, young researchers presented reports on topical issues in linguistics, literary studies, and language teaching methodology. Lively discussions and the exchange of experience between students from different departments highlighted the importance of intercultural and scientific interaction. At the conclusion of the conference, authors of the best papers were honored with diplomas and letters of appreciation for their contribution to the development of modern science.
