🏆 TASHENEV UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WIN PRIZES AT THE INTERNATIONAL DULATY FASHION DAY FESTIVAL!

Students of Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University proudly represented their university at the international DULATY FASHION DAY festival, held on 22–23 October 2026 in Taraz, and won two prizes!

As part of the festival, the university students presented their creative works in the Fashion and Costume Design and Decorative and Applied Arts categories.

In the Fashion and Costume Design category, two collections entitled “Melody of the Steppe” and “Ethno” were presented to the public. Based on the results of the fashion show, the “Ethno” collection took third place. The winner was fourth-year student Ayauym Yessenbek.

🎨 In the Decorative and Applied Arts category, more than 10 artworks and handmade designer dolls were exhibited on behalf of the university. According to the competition results, a picture created using the tapestry technique took third place. The author of the work was third-year student Balnur Dauletbekova.

These achievements are the result of the students’ creative exploration and talent, as well as their aspiration to promote national art through contemporary forms.
