On December 6, 2024, a career guidance meeting was held at Jumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University with students of Kurmangazy Secondary School in Sairam District of Turkestan Region. As part of the career guidance work, a tour of the university was organized for future applicants. During the tour, the students visited various faculties, departments and classrooms, got acquainted with the scientific and cultural life of the university, and also learned about the development opportunities within the educational programs.

On December 3, 2024, the teacher of the English Language Department, A.Zh. Iztileuova, held an open lesson on the subject "Professions" with the group FK24-1K9. The head of the department and teachers, employees of the educational department took part in the open lesson. During the lesson, new innovative technologies were used, in particular the Kahoot gaming learning platform, pair and group work methods. The students showed interest and activity in the subject, and the lesson achieved its goal.

02.12.2024, as part of a competitive event organized by the Faculty of Pedagogical and Natural Sciences, Department of Preschool Education and Psychology, an extraordinary meeting was held for master's degree students majoring in 7M01101 "Pedagogy and Psychology" on the topic "Development of new jobs through innovative projects and startups". At the meeting, new jobs were offered in the educational and psychological services of the region.

    The "Green City" event was organized by the Vice President of the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenev University, Onalbay Ayashuly. The event was attended by the university’s vice-rectors and deans, who planted around 30 pine trees around the White House.

The mini football competition "Re CUP" was organized by the Shymkent city branch of the party "Respublika" between students of universities and colleges.
Out of 10 teams consisting of students of universities and colleges, our team took 3rd place. For us, this is a great achievement.
 

On November 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the Department of Law and Business hosted a round table on the topic «Cyberbullying and ways to prevent them», an organizational one for students of the specialty «Jurisprudence». The event was attended by veteran of the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, honorary citizen of Shymkent Elchibaev A.K. The round table was opened by the head of the department, Ph.D. Bijan N.R., after which Ph.D. Turashev E.N. presented a report on «Cyberbullying and ways to prevent them» with a presentation.

Zhumabek Tashenev University has been establishing close ties with the world's top universities. One of these educational institutions is the leading educational institution, which occupies 521st place in the international QS ranking - Jawaharlal Nehru University in the capital of India, Delhi.

The lecturer of the department of "Russian and Uzbek languages" Kozhakhmetova Gulzhan Bektaevna held a meeting on November 28, 2024 for the university staff. Tasheneva J. A. training on the topic "emotional intelligence in education". Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to know, understand and manage your emotions, as well as effectively intervene in the emotions of people around you. During the training, students learned how to recognize and manage their emotions, as well as about the possibilities of motivating and immersing students through emotions and interaction.

On November 27, 2024, at the Department of "Methodology of Pedagogy and Primary Education" of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Natural Sciences, for groups EP-23-4k of the 2nd year in the discipline "Methodology of Pedagogy and Educational Work" under the guidance of the master teacher Myrzabekova Aizat Lesbekovna, an open lesson was held on the topic "Features of working with gifted and talented children".
